Senior Frontend Developer

Responsibilities

• Own frontend development for our SaaS product
• Implement new user facing features using React
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries
• Optimize components for performance across major browsers
• Translate user stories, specifications and wireframes into high quality code
• Work with the support team to diagnose and fix issues reported by customers
• Peer code review with a high level of attention to detail
• Work with product management to design features with a focus on user experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a frontend developer or similar
• Able to work remotely within Pacific to Eastern time zones
• Excellent JavaScript knowledge across frontend libraries and the React ecosystem
• Deep experience with UI libraries and design systems
• Experience with version control such as git
• Versatility across the JavaScript ecosystem and programming languages generally
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong test driven development background
• Strong software design skills
• Familiarity with MySQL is a plus
• A computer science degree is a plus
