The Path to HR Excellence

Dovetail implementations are structured using a lean six sigma approach. We offer two distinct types of implementations; Dovetail Express and Dovetail Enterprise. Based on your customer profile, project summary, and project objectives we will jointly determine the best approach. All Dovetail implementations follow a standardized approach, which are outlined below in the four columns.

Once the implementation is complete the Dovetail Customer Support team will continue to work with your HR team, and be on hand for any question you might have. Our aim is to delight every customer at every stage of their journey with Dovetail and your HR Service Delivery initiative.

Build

After we have understood your requirements and have agreement on deliverables we move to the build stage. Partnering together contributes to the success of this part of the implementation. As our implementation team builds out your solution, you will get chance to verify and adjust along the way.

We want a solution that works for your HR team and your entire workforce.

Once we are all happy with the result, we will move into the test and training stage.

Launch & Hypercare

The hard work is done, now for the payoff! As we approach the Go-Live date we will ready your team for the big day.

You may rest assured - we won't leave you on your own, as the Dovetail Hypercare program kicks in! Our Dovetail implementation team will be on hand for an additional 30 days post Go-Live to answer all your questions directly. After this period you will transition to Dovetail Customer Support who will continue to work with you throughout your Dovetail customer journey.
