Dovetail Agent, formerly fcClient, is an agent-facing web application. It extends the capabilities of the Clarify environment with new functionality and enhancements to all solution components. Like Clarify, it has Support, Logistics, Field Ops, and Quality modules.

  • Dovetail Support: Comprehensive Customer Service & Support functionality, providing the tools to deliver great service, no matter the method of contact. Leverages innovative web technologies for enterprise-class performance and advanced ergonomic features.
  • Dovetail Logistics: Manages parts throughout the system, streamlining your customer orders and fulfillment process. Easily tailored workflows inform responsible parties of actions taken which are then tied back to Dovetail Support and available for customer inquiries. Includes DepotRepair, which tracks parts throughout the repair process.
  • Dovetail FieldOps: Provides the tools you need to manage all support activity when you dispatch Field Engineers to customer locations. It ensures they have the required parts and information on hand, they can update the site configuration to reflect any changes made, and track time and expenses associated with the visit.
  • Dovetail Quality: Provides workflow and management facilities to Engineering organizations that are linked to Dovetail Support to accurately translate cases to product change requests, requirements, or improvements.
