Dovetail Software's CRM Environment Audit is a two to three day on-site review and analysis of how your organization is using Clarify from a business owner and IT vantage point. The objective of the audit is to evaluate your Clarify CRM environment and identify areas of opportunity to better leverage what you already have in place to more effectively and efficiently meet the organization's current and future CRM needs and customer service goals.

A Dovetail consultant with extensive Clarify application, business process and technical expertise meets with your Clarify user and IT stakeholders to understand how you're using the system today and identify areas of opportunity to more effectively meet current and projected business needs with the application.

After the on-site visit is completed, Dovetail will prepare a detailed report that documents our findings and recommends alternatives for enhancing your CRM environment. The consultant will review this document with you in a two hour follow-up conference call and answer any questions you may have.
