Also, please start clarify.exe with the following options:
-msg -cbtrace -sqllogsql.log -sqltrace -sqlhint -debugCB

For example, if your clarify shortcut looks like:
c:\clarify\client\clarify.exe

Change it to be:
c:\clarify\client\clarify.exe -msg -cbtrace -sqllogsql.log -sqltrace -sqlhint -debugCB

Perform the steps that causes the issue.
If an error message is presented, please send me the exact error message, line number, and module shown in the message box. Or, if possible, send me a screen shot of the error message.

Once the form is posted, don't do anything else in Clarify.
Copy the following files from your Clarify client directory to a temp directory:
sql.log
standard.out
server.log
You may now quit Claify
Please send me the 3 files from the temp directory.
