Problem:
Why are some columns blank for some objects in the console wipbin and queue listings?
For example:
The Severity column is blank for CRs (bugs), Action Items, and Part Requests.
The Severity, Status, and Priority are blank for Solutions.
Resolution:
These columns are blank because not all workflow objects have these pieces of data.
For example, CRs have a blank severity in the console because CRs do not have a Severity (at least out of the box). They have a Frequency (sometimes referred to as Reproducibility). But not a Severity.
Similar situations for Solutions - they do not have a Severity. So that column is blank.
This is consistent with the Clarify Classic Client, which we have co-existence with.
