Dovetail Mobile Agent on IIS 6 - pages return a HTTP 403 or 404 error (Article # 343)

Problem:
Any page visited returns a HTTP 403 Forbidden or 404 Page not found error.
Resolution:
Dovetail Mobile agent requires that a wildcard page handler be created for the virtual directory so that all requests are handled by the ASP.NET ISAPI filter.
Please make sure that the "Verify File Exists" check box is NOT checked.
Re-read the Dovetail Mobile Agent IIS 6 installation guide and make sure you have followed the "Specify ASP.NET as a Wildcard application map for your virtual directory." procedure.
