Installing the fcSDK errors:

Error 1304. Error writing to file: FChoice.Common.dll. Verify that you
have access to that directory.

Error installing fcSDK : The installer has encountered an unexpected error.
The error code is 2350.

This can happen when installing fcSDK 2.3 or above on a machine that has the .NET 1.1 framework installed but does not have the .NET framework 2.0 installed.

.NET 2.0 is required for the fcSDK version  2.3.
