Install Flashes Anywhere for teh Clarify Classic Client.
Add the sample new case code.
(This sample code adds a new flashes tab, along with a grid of flashes that gets populated after the Find Caller operation)
Post a new case form, and perform a Find Caller operation on a site that has some flashes.
The flashes tab will get fronted, and the grid of flashes will be filled properly.
Double-click on a flash to open it.
An error is posted:
This Record object has an unknown RecordType. The RecordType property must be set before performing this operation.

This error can happen if the destination cobj of the CLB_FLASH grid is not set.
Using UI Editor, et the destination cobj of CLB_FLASH to the LOS_FLASH cobj.
Stop Clarify, delete your cache files, restart clarify & test.
