Corrupt user defined list causes license installer to die (Article # 133)

Problem:
The license installer simply dies when clicking the install license key and fcadmin just seems to hang.
Resolution:
It was getting into an infinite loop and running out of stack space. Deletion of the corrupt record from table_hgbst_lst fixed the problem.
