Latest Product Completes Clarify Replacement Suite
Austin, TX - September 22, 2006 - Dovetail Software, a provider of software products and services for the Clarify® CRM user community, announced the general availability of Dovetail SchemaEditor. With this latest offering, along with Dovetail RuleManager which was released earlier this year, Dovetail now offers a complete replacement suite to the Clarify Customer Service & Support product suite.

SchemaEditor is an important part of the Dovetail CRM system. It facilitates changes to the database schema when additional features and customizations need to be added to the CRM environment. SchemaEditor is written on the Microsoft™ .NET 2.0 Framework.
Offering a powerful enhancement over existing schema editing tools, SchemaEditor enables users the ability to simply define the changes to be made to the database schema, without having to work with the entire schema. This makes it very easy to define and make a simple set of changes. As with the complete schema file, this script is in a proper XML format and ships with an XSD file, making it easy to script schema changes.
