MICROS Enhances Customer Service Experience For Customers Utilizing First Choice Software's CRM Solution

Austin, TX - October 9, 2005 - First Choice Software, the market-leading provider of CRM thin client solutions, and MICROS, the leading supplier of enterprise solutions for the hospitality and retail industries, are pleased to announce that MICROS Systems, Inc. has successfully deployed First Choice's latest CRM thin client platform. This new implementation provides a major step forward in MICROS's overall goal of enhancing the customer service experience for their customers.

First Choice's new platform, built on a .NET architecture, dramatically improves performance, scalability, and the features of existing First Choice applications to a level not otherwise available to Clarify users. The new deployment will accelerate the general availability of the advanced First Choice CRM features for both MICROS customers and internal helpdesk agents. The new deployment includes many new features that will increase the speed and quality of service that MICROS can provide.
