Dovetail Software Adds Knowledge Management to Product Suite
Includes KNOVA integration within Dovetail CRM

Austin, TX - July 9, 2007 - Dovetail Software, a leading provider of software solutions and services for the Clarify® CRM user community, today announced it has added integration with best-of-breed knowledge management to the company's customer service and support (CS&S) product suite. Dovetail also announced it has completed its first such integration, with KNOVA's suite of Intelligent Customer Experience applications.
