Carrier is a new messaging platform that replaces Dovetail Email Agent and Clarify eResponse Manager and allows greater versatility and sophistication in the creation of system integrations with Dovetail and Clarify CRM systems.
Carrier’s extensibility is the core of its power, as it was built as a messaging framework designed to be extended easily through plug-in components as business requirements change. Out-of-the-box, Carrier has two extensions, but can be customized for more as your business needs grow and change.
