Mr. Hiltabidle has over 20 years of Information Technology Sales and Management experience. In 15 of the 18 years he worked with TEKsystems he served as Director for three different groups. Each of these roles presented different challenges with regards to overall direction, team building, employee development, and revenue generation. Much of his time has been spent managing sales teams. His strength lies in his capability to develop sales people and help them achieve their goals both personally and professionally. He enjoys being challenged with new projects and turning ideas or problem areas into opportunities.
